We recognise the convenience of being able to book rooms online and strongly believe this option should be available to all those who prefer it, but as a small family owned hotel with individual bedrooms we also believe in the personal touch. (Basically, we are not a bed factory with all identical bedrooms).

Therefore we have decided to offer SOME availability for those who would like to book online, but if a room appears unavailable by booking online please try the enquiry form, email or telephone.

By using the enquiry form, email or the telephone we can offer a great deal more information, flexibility on the rooms/dates available and maybe even a better price! Please be assured we respond to enquiries as quickly as possible, we wouldn't be in business if we didn't!

Booking terms and cancellation policy

Booking
To reserve accommodation, we will need your debit or credit card details to guarantee (number, expiry date and issue number for Switch). Nothing is charged to your card prior to your arrival unless you cancel your booking. Charges made if you cancel are below:

Cancellation

• Cancellations more than 14 days prior to arrival – cancellation fee £10 per person

• Cancellations less than 14 days but more than 7 days or more prior to arrival - one night's B & B rate for each room held.

• Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival – full amount of the B & B rate for the whole stay

Christmas & New Years Eve Packages Cancellation Policy
We have a Christmas & New Years Cancellation policy of 30 days whereby if you cancel within this time period you will be charged one nights room revenue for each room held.
